Athlete development includes competition, adversity, accountability, mistakes, tough conversations, and growth through uncomfortable moments.
Venom parents are expected to support their athlete through that process; encouraging resilience, responsibility, and trust in the team and coaching staff rather than removing them from challenges.
Growth happens when athletes learn how to work through difficult moments, not avoid them.
SIDELINE EXPECTATIONS

Venom parents are expected to support positively, avoid coaching from the sidelines, respect officials and opponents, and represent Venom Volleyball Club with professionalism.
Athletes perform best when they can compete with confidence, focus on their role, and respond to one clear coaching voice.
Cheer them on. Support the team. Let the coaches coach.
